What you need to know when booking with NW Towncar.
What’s your cancellation policy ?You (Customer) agree to cancel reservation at least 12 hours prior to your pick up time for Sedan, 24 hours for SUV, and 3 days with 14 passengers van reservation; failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fare.
Do you offer group tours?Yes, we have Mercedes Sprinter that accommodate up to 14 passengers.
Is smoking or drinking allowed in the car?No, All NW Towncar vehicles are smoke free, and drinking is not allowed.
Do you have a carseat?No, only booster seat and you should request it when you make your reservation.
Is the gratuity included in your quote?No, the quote is for the basic charge, and driver’s gratuity is really appreciated.
Our Terms & Conditions* CANCELLATION: You (Customer) agree to cancel reservation at least 12 hours prior to your pick up time for Sedan, 24 hours for SUV, and 3 days with 14 passengers van reservation; failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the fare. * AIRPORT PICKUP: Additional charges may apply for waiting time after arriving flights. There is no extra charge for the first 45 minutes after a flight lands. After 45 minutes there is a $1 per minute of waiting time for Towncar reservation, and $1.50/minute of waiting time for SUV reservation, and $4/minute for 14 passengesr Van. Please, you have to call the office (503-702-5999) if you need more time inside the Airport or you can’t find your driver. If contact is not made to our office within 45 minutes after the flight lands , a no-show fee of the full rate will apply. To avoid a NO SHOW fee , please do not leave the airport before calling the office. * EXTRA STOPS/WAIT TIME: for all transportation requests (Not Hourly Requests), Extra stops are a minimum charge of $10.00 Depending on mileage, time and vehicle. Non-Airport transfers will be no charge for waiting time if you meet the driver within the first 10 minutes, After passing 10 minutes, the waiting time will be charged starting from the scheduled pickup time. $1 per minute with sedan , $1.50 with SUV and $4.00 with 14 passengers van. * PERSONAL ITEMS: we do not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle during or after the transfers period. we will do our best to search for your item. * DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Client and renter are responsible for his/her guest and for any and all damage to the interior, exterior or equipment on the vehicle. This is including vomit, Cleaning, repair, and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of $250.00. All passengers agree to act in an appropriate manner and shall not put any guest, driver, vehicle, or any other person or property in risk of damage, danger, or illegal situation. We (NW Town Car) reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate our obligation in the event of a breach of contract of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of early termination, no portion of the rental fee shall be refunded. We will charge the card in file for damages after a thorough investigation and determination of all charges involved. Cleaning and details of the car will be done by us; we can’t provide receipts. * RESPONSIBILITY: NW Towncar shall not be held responsible for incorrect pick up or drop off information, or any situation out of our control (such as bad weather, accident or vehicle malfunctions). * Pets: All pets need to be in a carrier or minimum charge of $250 will apply for cleaning and details the car , No receipt will be provided. * Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking and Alcohol are NOT permitted in any of our vehicles. A charge of $300 for violating this item.
